I do a lot of cli work rather than using a gui so I created some symlinks so I could save typing long path names
example :
/home/<username>/<folder>
is linked to
/home/<username>/domains/sub_domain/public_html/<folder>
the file manager does display the link on the file browser panel but not in the directory tree
but as you can see no reference in the directory tree
caught me out when I told a user a file was in the ‘api’ folder & they could not find it … this is some what user error as, I guess, they didn’t check the right panel no great worries but maybe worth fixing at some point
