Suggestions for a Virtualmin Equivalent to Imunify AV (malware scanner for WP sites)

I would like a system wide malware scanner, one that can be run by admins and then an option for individual virtual servers.

I think this is needed, it might not fix a website but it will alert the relevant people that a site has been hacked.

Antivirus scanning for, home directories, files and uploads

I think this is a needed feature, maybe there are less resource hungry options than ClamAV but scanning user’s home directories is a must nowadays. Web application firewall using mod_security and extensive daily rulesets to mitigate common attack vectors. All content uploads scanned in real time to block known virus and malware threats. Weekly scanning of all user-stored content to identify infected or compromised content and provide actionable feedback to users.
