In Virtualmin I have these suggested records for SPF and DKIM…

I had them setup on our company’s DNS servers but it seems we still have problems with them maybe for their syntax.
Does SPF records values need to include " character at beginning and end in it?
Does DKIM records values need to include ([SPACE] characters at beginning and [SPACE]) at end in it?
Or I have to make them corrected as below without those characters?
