SSO with Windows Revisited

OK, so I’m now looking at having virtualmin add users and groups to an openldap directory which also serves as the backing store for a samba server. At the moment virtualmin cannot get past the creating administration group (see the other thread in this forum about administration groups failing). Now my question: is there a way of having virtualmin (and as consequence webmin) support the[a href=“”>smbldap-tools</a> for managing users and groups?

these tools are simple commandline replacements for useradd and so-on. (not direct replacements, the cli switches are completely different)
