SSL routines::wrong version number when installing Virtualmin

Hello, I am about to install virtualmin using this command:

$ sudo sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/virtualmin-install.sh)" -- --bundle LAMP

but had error

curl: (35) error:0A00010B:SSL routines::wrong version number

The errors also appear when opening https://software.virtualmin.com in web browser (I use microsoft Edge)

Please help

yeah, seems the server is down, it did work this morning till an hour ago.
