You don’t have logs of when the problem happened? Why not?
Are you sure you’re actually browsing to the Virtualmin server? You should see log entries for all the various requests you’ve been doing to test this, if you don’t, it means you’re not hitting the right VirtualHost (check The Wrong Site Shows Up in the troubleshooting doc), or your DNS is pointing to a completely different IP.
Is 62.72.5.173 your server IP?
Hmm…actually, the error I see when I try to browse there is something that should show up in the error_log, maybe for the virtual host or maybe the one for the web server itself.
Regardless, you need to find this incident in the logs. Everybody is wasting their time guessing without knowing what the problem actually is, and the log is what will tell you what the problem is.
Both of these are weird.
What is on line 45 of that file?
And, who’s trying to use socket activation for Apache?

i dont know whats the problem. all this happened after i updated my packages and rebooted the webmin after rebooting the checking of my ssl is lost after it was successfully installed.
i installed other virtualmin 2 hours ago and it has the same problem.

You could try stopping it then restart apache, see if it make a difference.
