SSL certificates no longer requested automatically in domain creation time after 7.9.0 update

menu now is diferent. it change too
the new order is MANAGE VIRTUAL SERVER - SETUP SSL CERTIFICATE

This is expected as it was mentioned in 7.9.0 changelog.
