You need to try to remember how you set up Cloudflare nameservers and undo it! 
I can delete the virtual server because it is a server on which I am learning it is not important believe me I want to delete the account and register the new one but I would have the same problem
Did you not read what @Ilia said you need to just set up the dns correctly there is no need to delete anything, but if .site is your production server you need to sort out your dns there
this is a server for the amanet.pro trials and for amanet.site this is my primary server this is two different servers with two different ip addresses but please if you can show me how to configure the dns correctly it will be a great idea
Look at the screen shots I posted earlier you neex to fix both the dns errors and the mail server errors on the .site server. If you are going to host your own dns it would be a good idea to point the secondary dns server to the .pro server and use the webmin cluster option to manage them. Your mail server issues can be addressed, perhaps, after you have valid dns for both servers

You need 2 name servers you can continue to host your own but at least they should not be on the same ip address and perhaps not on the same sub net. If you can not or do not want to do that revert to your suppliers nameservers disable dns in virtualmin and copy your dns records to their interface, while your there change the rdns to a valid one
And you need a dot here

create A records for ns1 and ns2, remove root domain as a NS and the SOA, and use ns1 and ns2 as NS and NS1 as the SOA
At registrar remove amanet.pro as a nameserver.
dmarc good (now) now except for the contact address, is that a valid email?
I would add a report rua=contact@amanet.pro untill you get it sorted
