[solved] /var/www/ is the only thing showing for my website and 2 other related probelms

I’m trying to phase out an old website so im wanting to swtich to virtualmin but there is a problem with the apache and php

The other issue i have is trying to install roundcube via script it tells me “Failed to install script : Could not find PHP version for /home/jancare/public_html/mail” (but my version is 5.5.9)

Ok so … problem was:

no sethandler in apache2.conf – and I can assure you i didn’t edit that out!!! I have no idea how it got deleted but I suspect it had to do with deleting one of my virtual servers that was on the same domain

<FilesMatch .php$>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php

resolved the issue

The next issue is the DNS that I’m still working on
