[SOLVED] Use Proxy when downloading script

I am sorry, I just have very little knowledge about Wevmin+Virtualmin options.

I found ‘Proxy Servers and Downloads’ on Webmin Configuration menu. :slight_smile:
Really Great Control Panel.

I am running Virtualmin Pro on a server which unfortunely have very low inbound bandwidth (192kbps 1:8). Very often install script failed when download a script source.

But I have access to another server with good bandwidth and squid installed.

Is it possible to configure Install Script and another download attemp to use a proxy?

Yes, I believe Install Scripts uses the usual Webmin download library, which supports proxies. Just configure Webmin to use a proxy in the Webmin:Webmin Configuration: Proxy Servers and Downloads page.
