SMTP is not working!

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version	Ubuntu Linux 20.04.6
Virtualmin version	7.7

My SMTP is not working, I have checked the status of the Postfix and its running but when I use Telnet it didnt connect and keep on trying and then gives error Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out.
I have already configured DNS with mail.example.com and also Sender permitted form (SPF).

SPF won’t cause a time-out issue. Sound like a firewall issue. Who is your provider?

I have created a Virtual Machine on AWS.

I hear aws block the smtp port.

I also tried a lot but by default port 25 is blocked by AWS you can’t use SMTP untill your port 25 is not open
