SMTP credentials are not enabled on other than outlook

Hi,
I’ve installed Virtualmin in my VPS everything is working fine just facing two issues.

  1. I’m not able to insert my SMTP credential in other software except outlook.
  2. My sending emails are mostly getting into queue due to which my deliverability is slow otherwise my server is working perfectly without any blacklisting. Should I maintain this speed to save from blacklisting or it doesn’t matter on blacklisting?
