In Virtualmin take a look at logs regarding apache error which will probably nail it.

Well I check it out log files but I don’t understand anything… here it is apache log file (I found it webmin->System->System logs)

Hi, reading your logs is telling me that you have common 500 error within the server means zero issues with virtualmin, ergo nothing to do with it…

Well I am only using virtualmin and it is very simple website with a few photo also it works on my paid hosting server.
Yes problem always user I am doing something wrong it is obvious but what ever I am doing wrong it is on virtualmin. To add new domain by clicking create virtual server must finish all process right, because virtualmin must do all records even create user etc. I think my mistake start with changing cpanel.

CPanel is not free Virtualmin GPL is, never give up, all server problems can be sorted.
Error 500 covers loads of potential problems, for example .htaccess can throw a spanner in the works, Turn it off by renaming etc.
There is always an answer to server problems. And 9 times out of ten they are very simple basic things.
