No, seems like bug in the downgrade in your case (probably fixed by now). They won’t be able to update, AFAIK, so they’re probably quite out of date (and thus dangerous to run, especially now that LLMs are finding bugs in everything at an impossible to keep up with pace).
I have reported it here just in-case it is still a bug.

@swelljoe says it probably is fixed but I am posting it here just in-case it is not. I am also unsure how to prove it is not.

### Background

I have all of these Web App installers still present on my `GPL` installation.
