was there anymore information below the ‘smtp transaction time’ where ti was giving a HELO interaction? eg

where is this error, does it have anymore information?

I am not an expert but I think you can contact your server from the internet. look at the top line, it is getting a response and telling you what your server is i.e posfix.

I am not sure why you cant send emails as you have not given any error messages.

Fix your RDNS / Reverse DNS as this will cause issues.

I have set DNS
It is the same problem again
I think it is from the internal and external IP settings
How should this section be set?

SSL certificate is not installed on IP
I selected the default SSL certificate option
It’s the same problem again

You cannot get a Let’s Encrypt certificate for an IP address. That’s a ridiculous thing to do.

Use names.
