so I am able to get my email working
but the problem is my IMAP/POP3 and SMTP share same server hostname as in the picture below.

How can I set up SMTP to use a different server hostname such as smtp.domain.com
You would need to create an alias for given virtual server, which will create additional records in DNS and web-server configurations. Afterwards, re-request SSL certificate to include a new name (unless done automatically).
However, there is no practical benefit in taking these extra steps.
