I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing technical issues with the website everydaygourmet.ae
, hosted on an Apache server with a Letsencrypt SSL certificate. The primary concerns are related to the site’s behavior on ports 80 and 443.
Issue Details:
Port 80 (Non-SSL): Redirecting to Database Login Page
Accessing the site on port 80 leads to an unintended redirection to a database login page.
Virtual Server Details: everydaygourmet.ae, IP 195.35.48.212
Port 443 (SSL): Site Not Loading or Refusing Connection
The site is not loading on port 443, with indications of connection refusal.
SSL Certificate details: Letsencrypt, Expires on 04/11/2024 09:21 PM.
Technical Information:
Web Server: Apache
SSL Certificate: Letsencrypt
Server Logs: Error log is attached for reference.
Firewall Settings: [root@epiidosis public_html]# sudo firewall-cmd --list-ports
20/tcp 80/tcp 443/tcp 2222/tcp 3000/tcp 5000/tcp 5601/tcp 8069/tcp 8443/tcp 9200/tcp 9250/tcp 9300/tcp 9600/tcp 10000-10100/tcp 20000/tcp 27017/tcp 49152-65535/tcp
Steps Taken So Far:
Reviewed Apache configurations for unintended redirects.
Verified virtual host settings for correctness.
Examined .htaccess files for any conflicting directives.
Checked Letsencrypt SSL certificate validity and expiration date.
Verified SSL/TLS configuration in the Apache server settings.
Checked firewall settings to ensure port 443 is open.
