Any plans for updates for the Moodle Script to update to 4.2?

Found today that the script is now updated to Moodle V4.2. After running the script, however, Moodle complains about that two versions of moodle are installed.
The instructions at Moodle website mentioned to move the moodle directory, but there is no moodle directory on the script installed. I can find only moodledata and plublic_html where the Moodle data is available. What to do?
