We have an odd issue after upgrading to roundcube 1.0.1 from 0.9.4. One of the user accounts cannot send mail (not all but one so far). When sending the mail from roundcube the “Sending mail” message appears on screen indefinitely and the message is never sent. When accessing the account using any other client there is no issue sending mail. Also when accessing the account with an older version of roundcube sending mail is also possible (as it was with verison 0.9.4) so it has to be something odd with the update. Any ideas?
I had a similar issue with 1.0.1. I wiped all cookies/site data for the domain I accessed RC from and that seemed to fix it.
Appreciate very much the advice, unfortunately I tried this without luck.
Just by way of following up. I upgraded today our virtualmin install and with it came the updated roundcube 1.0.2 script. Installing that solved this issue so it must have been a bug in 1.0.1 fixed in 1.0.2.
