Root kills dovecot. Why?

Hi,
in irregular intervals, dovecot on my virtualmin host dies. Looking into the logs, I see, that it is killed w. Signal 15 (= SIGTERM) by root (UID 0 with different PID’s). Obviously not a cron, as the times vary. I never had such a situation on any of our servers and I am wondering why this happens, resp. how it can be prevented, thank you

Also I have dovecot down after a login error.
Maybe something related about last update? I see many topic about dovecot

This error occurs if there are any hung dovecot processes. RUN COMMAND
for i in ps aux | grep dovecot | awk '{print $2}' ; do kill -9 $i ; done
Now start dovecot start script.
