:frowning:

We’ll have to wait for @Ilia to look into this. I don’t understand how the new repos work. He thought he’d fixed this problem, but apparently not.

@Joe
ok thanks for helping out
I gave my self a couple days wiggle room to get the upgrades VS into working order
BUT kinda important :slight_smile:

@Joe
Well ran installer again and seems to be working
will report back

Well it installed and now I’m going through the Post-Installation

Not sure of the Initial Virtualmin install errors but it finally worked

Would be a turn off for new Virtualmin users to run into this error for sure
Hope it can be cured :slight_smile:

@Joe
Just letting you know I got Virtualmin installed and ready to migrate my domains over after I set SELinux up

Had exactly the same error yesterday.
On the just installed Rocky 10.1 I could ping 8.8.8.8 but not ping any domain by name. Set a dns server through nmtui and virtualmin installed without any problem.
Happened on a vps by netcup.com.

Alright, thanks everyone for reporting this!

The issue was on our side because we cached the repo index file for too long and cached non-versioned files incorrectly.

This is fixed now, and should work just fine in the future.
