Is there an easy way to to build a version of Webmin that will run on this system?

Webmin runs on any supported OS on any architecture with Perl.
Virtualmin needs a few binary packages. The one that’s probably missing on a new architecture is procmail-wrapper. That means the mail stack won’t work on unsupported architectures if you don’t build that package yourself for your architecture.

Thanks for the reply, I had tried to install as per the instructions but got an error, retried after a sudo su and it all works now, many thanks for the reply.
