Reporting spam does not delete the message

Hi,

I’m using the report spam module, and I checked the button to delete spam after reporting it…

But it seems it does not work… the spam still stays in the mailbox.

Any idea? And how can I check that the spam reporting really works? And how does it work?

If reading emails via Usermin

  1. Click on "Mail Preferences" on left menu
  2. Select "Spam Options" from drop-down menu
  3. Tick Yes for "Delete spam when reporting?" and SAVE

If reading emails via Webmin’s Servers > Read Email >

  1. Click on "Module Config" (link on top left)
  2. Select "Spam Options" from drop-down menu
  3. Tick Yes for "Delete spam when reporting?" and SAVE

I know I know, the button is checked, but the mail is not deleted…

I have same problem
When reporting spam mail are not deleted
When reporting ham mail are not put back in the inbox
I have already checked to yes the two options :
Delete spam when reporting?
Move ham to inbox when reporting?

If you found the solution it would be nice to share…

If you’ve checked those options, but they don’t seem to be working, you may have stumbled across a bug.

First off, are you using the latest Usermin version?

It looks like the latest version is 1.430, which came out fairly recently; I’d make sure you’re using it.

If that doesn’t help, my recommendation would be to file a bug report using the Support link above.
