Is there anything in Vmin for repo management? I just got an error on update that some file from the jason repo conflict with some files from the remi, for example, so it would be great to have a gui for turning on one of them off and re-running.

Unfortunately, that’s one of the things I don’t believe you can do in Webmin/Virtualmin… you’d need to manually edit the .repo file, and set “enabled=0”.
Or, perhaps a better long-term solution, you can set “includepkgs” in the third party repo to only pull in packages you really want.
