Renewal of License not getting processed.

Hi,

I have two Virtualmin Licenses,
One was renewed a couple of month ago and the server is still showing the license as expired.

One was renewed today and it sill shows as expired.
Even when I click on ‘Re-check License Status’

Howdy,

Sometimes, renewals need to be manually applied when the shopping cart can’t figure out how to do that automatically. To do that, just pop a note in the support tracker using the Support link above, and they’ll be able to apply that for you.
