I created a user for a Magento database and I’m curious if I rename this magento_user@virtualserver.com to just magento_user via mysql cli, if it will break anything within webmin/virtualmin that may expecting that verbose name?

Centos 8.2, latest Virtualmin version.
If this user was created for Magento specifically I’d recommend checking their website and/or reaching out through their support channels.

Virtualmin won’t know about the association between the name and virtual server anymore, so it won’t be included in backups /restores (the user, not the database) or password changes. It’s probably mostly fine otherwise, though. I think. You’ll want to test, obviously.
