So, my WordPress Health Panel advises me to install imagick and zip.
what would be the recommended way to install those in Virtualmin, including the related php packages?

Operating system: Ubuntu
OS version: 20.04
From the shell:
apt install php-imagick php-zip
Restart apache2 and you should be good to go.
