Is this a new install?

And what Linux distro/version are you using?

And what output do you get if you run the command “mount”?

Yea its a new install Eric, I just installed everything than restored everything and got this on the config check

its debain

this is the mount commend

debian:~# mount
/dev/sda1 on / type ext3 (rw,grpquota,errors=remount-ro,usrquota)
tmpfs on /lib/init/rw type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,mode=0755)
proc on /proc type proc (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev)
sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,noexec, nosuid, nodev)
udev on /dev type tmpfs (rw,mode=0755)
tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw,nosuid, nodev)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,noexec,nosuid,gid=5,mode=620)
fusectl on /sys/fs/fuse/connections type fusectl (rw)
binfmt_misc on /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc type binfmt_misc (rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev)

Hmm, that all looks normal.

If you go into Webmin -> System -> Disk Quotas, and click the “Enable Quotas” option for your “/” filesystem, does that successfully enable them?

quotaon: cannot find //aquota.user on /dev/disk/by-uuid/06320107-5563-44a3-b9aa-58d754160193 [/]
