After rebooting my server I had an warning that I have reached my quota limit on my admin account this resulted in having limited access to my menus I have no administrator rights web min not displayed and I’m unable to reset the quota the temp folder seems to be the issue any info on how to reset this through the command line.
I can login with my admin account tried root but not accepting password with root username
When I’m logged in there is minimal menu options
No menu for webmin just dashboard and virtualmin with like I said minimum menu options for the domain only
When try to access file manager I receive this error Fatal Error!
Failed to setup temp directory /home/crmco/.tmp : Disk quota exceeded
I cannot reset this from within my menus as there is little option for me to do this
I’ve tried remounting the sda drive to reset disk quota’s
That didn’t work any advice would appreciated
Yes I can use the main admin account password this the account I used to set up the server before installing virtualmin but not all menus appear so I’m unable to reset the disk quota from the menu ?
Sounds like you don’t own the server. If you cannot login to the box with your root password then you must have done something to the box to prevent it. the “admin user” is not the same as root especially if you are only the “admin” of a particular VS.
Logging in to the box (OS) as root has nothing to do with Virtualmin other than being the starting point to install it.
