| i have proble very specific with a virtual severs. it conents a worpress website, and i receive , so often, error 500 in diferent process, (exampl, update of WP, some plugin for ext sync) but the problem is intermitent and only appear in this virtual servers, in the rest of VS ( i have 23VS) everything is ok ( o these VSs never need this “skill”). i admin the 24 VSs for a long time, but i use a server based in ISP, i change to virtualmin 3 week ago. some relation? | |

whats the load like, maybe your running too many servers, turn off virus scanner if you running it
i have monitoring server, load its low, and i use same hardware that before (i5-7400@3ghz/16Gddr4/1t nvme Main /500g HDD sec)
It could be lack of php memory, go to Services > PHP-FPM Configuration > Resource Limits and increase Maximum memory allocation, i like to set a minimum at 256M for wordpress sites you can also tweak Maximum execution time to 300 and Maximum input variables limit to around 5000 and see if the error stops.
Look at the error_log for the problem domain, and post relevant entries (i.e. tail the log, make a request that fails, post the errors that appear in the log related to that request). We can’t possibly guess without an actual error.
Me thinks it is permission based issue.
Maybe try a Limits and Validation/Validate Virtual Servers/ Fix Permissions.
I don’t see any evidence that we should think that. (We have no information to work with. It’s guessing. It could be permissions, but it could be any number of other things.)
But, Validate Virtual Servers is a good idea (in addition to looking at the logs!).
