You need to get Sky to point to something like mail.castlivenow.com

so i have to get in tounch with sky to ask them to setup a ptr record for my server
yep, the control that, see if you can send to a gmail account. Gmail will normal block if the PTR is wrong. But not sure if the block if you don’t have one or its not matching
