I am just wondering if I buy the pro version for the monthly cost and install a script. Will that program stop working with Virtualmin if I don’t continue the sub. I want next cloud install on my server but the script is only on pro. So will nextcloud stop working?
If you install an “Available in Pro” script while you are a Virtualmin Pro subscriber and then allow the Pro subscription to lapse, the script that you have installed should work normally going forward. After the subscription lapses, you will not be able to install any of the “Available in Pro” scripts.
I don’t know if updates for bugs or security then, so i think maybe no good to do that way. 
Yes, I agree. You should renew your Virtualmin Pro subscription. It is well worth the money, for many reasons.
