Deleting/editing the file did fix the issue, but the file date was months ago so I guess webmin failed to detect the change in the postfix version
What is the date on the postconf command on your system?
postconf is such
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 188208 Apr 10 12:35 /usr/sbin/postconf
