what are you trying to do ?

Server iss responsible to send Alert messages , we are using Grafana to send alerts .
2 days ago it was highlighted that Emails are not getting delivered. and its in the postfix queue

never used or know what Grafana is, try disabling it and see if everything works as expected.
if it is still not working try flushing the email queue and attempt to resend an email while monitoring the postfix log in another window so you can see what’s happening

No change ,even after flushing.

Stuck at this screen , with no change
Nd in the other tab .

what is the output from the postfix log ?

tail -f /var/log/syslog | grep postfix

you can not connect to google because the network is unreachable, do you have all the relevant ports open in your firewall, and does your provider block the outgoing smtp port ? also that is an ipv6 address is that correct ?

How can I check >

I have lost the output from postfix log … you need to keep that in so we can refer back to it, if needed. To check goto webmin->networking->firewalld (assuming your local firewall is firewalld) and you will see something like this

Yes that is correct it should be allowed

how can i setup / test if there is some port block or other issue

From another machine use something like telnet to connect to port 25 on the problem server

this tests ports, are you running this from home/office via a router?

tried telnet port 25 but timed out

So therefore that port is not open … your local firewall may have the port open, but your provider may have the port closed check with your providor. If you are running using a domestic provider open the port in your router’s firewall

They say its open

Well it does not appear to be from the errors you are showing
