no offence to Virtualmin and it’s mysql management facility, but i really like PHPMyAdmin.
I’m just wondering how i can create a suberserver to point to the location of my phpmyadmin install.
i want to be able to access PMA via mysql.domain.tld
any advice is great!

easier would be to create the sub server and install pma in there. you could use a certificate for a secure login.
installing PMA on the subserver would mean wasting space. but if it’s the only option, then so be it.
currently i have the one installation that i access via any domain by going to domain.tld/phpmyadmin

it is not the only option, just I think its the easiest.
