phpMyAdmin auto-login doesn't work

Hello, I have an issue that Manage in phpMyAdmin button at Edit Database doesn’t auto-login, it just opens new window with phpMyAdmin login page. Tried to reinstall app multiple times, also global use checkmark is marked as Yes during installation process.
