About 20% of my user base registers with my site using either Hotmail or Gmail. I’m becoming really fed up with dealing with helpdesk enquiries from users who don’t receive (or say they don’t receive) email from us.
These two providers seem to be becoming more and more aggressive with their mail filtering to the point where it seems to be virtually impossible to deliver into their inbox.
I was just wondering whether anyone on here was running sites which had encountered similar problems, and if so, what techniques might have been employed to remedy the situation.
