Php error preventing wordpress isntall

suddenly my clint gets this error
Fatal Error!
Failed to install web app : Could not find any values in section PHP
the system passes all validation checks. I have gone through and changed from php 8 to 7.4 and then back again. no dice. i can instlal wordpress on other accounts just not this particular one. any ideas? i have restarted apache and fpm and also restarted the machine after passing validations.

Since you are on PRO I’m assuming you are using the new WP workbench for this?

Is this a newly created account or something older? Was there an existing website? Jailkit?

Mostly unrelated. I was at php8.2 and changed to php8.4 just to see what would happen.
8.3 was also added.
7.4 is not on the system anymore and was not pruned.

no i do not have workbench installed. I have had too many issues with it on backups…

for this time i deleted the account and recreated form scratch as that account was a dev site..but i have others with this error. let me go look at your suggestion
