PHP can not be restored from php-fpm 8.0

Ubuntu:
20.04:

Webmin version 1.970
Virtualmin version 6.14
PHP: fpm-fcgi

I recently saw that PHP 8 was available.
Therefore wanted to test on a website and changed in Server Configuration PHP Versions.
Then I read this: PHP 8 includes significant changes from PHP 7, which may cause unexpected bugs in plugins, themes, and WordPress itself.
Changed back to 7.4 but phpinfo still shows 8.0
I have restarted Apache several times but it is not possible to go back to 7.4.
In Virtualmin PHP Versions looks like it changes but in phpinfo 8.0 remains.

The site won’t work now so how can we get PHP-FPM 7.4 restored ?
