I am having difficulty with a user not being able to connect via ftp. When creating the user now, after deleting and re-creating the user I now get the following error message: Failed to save mailbox : Missing or invalid home directory — Do I need to manually remove any directories associated with the user to have success in creating the user account? Also, I have looked around everywhere, so I think, for a way to grant more permissions to the user. This particular user will be the site Web Admin.
