Pb with Let's Encrypt

Hello,

I made a big mistake on my VPS where I manage multiple servers. I had a test server with a Let’s Encrypt certificate
As I no longer needed it I deleted it in Virtualmin. Since then, I have received an email every hour telling me that the renewal of my certificate has failed.

No matter how hard I look, I can’t find a way to indicate that the server no longer exists.
