Our password does not satisfy the current policy requirements

Hello,
I speak French and I use google tralante.
in advance I apologize for my mistakes.

Here’s my big problem:
lately trying to create a site, i got a message saying that it is impossible to create the database:

Creating MySQL login …
… MySQL database failed! : mysql :: execute_sql_logged failed: SQL set password for ‘lacompter’@‘127.0.0.1’ = password (‘sOfdp84Infa @ KLwXyn’) missed: Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements at / usr / share / webmin / web- lib-funcs.pl line 1496.

Backup of server details.
… made!

I also cannot restore my sites because I have this same problem.

SQL set password for ‘lacompter’@‘127.0.0.1’ = password (‘sOfdp84Infa @ KLwXyn’) missed: Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements

I searched but I did not find and I have 2 production sites out of service

Anyone can tell me how to fix this bug because everything was working before the last update.

Thank you

Abdel

I’m on Debian 9 and webmin 1.942

It’s not a bug. You’ve got a password policy set in MySQL and your password doesn’t satisfy it. So, change your password policy or use a password that satisfies your current password policy.
