I have the following problem when logging into Roundcube.
I have installed Roundcuber via Virtualmin but when I try to log in with already existing or new mailboxes, Roundcube does not want to log in and I get “Login failed”. When I log in to Usermin with those users, it works, only Usermin is not an option.
When I then look in the roundcube database, I see that there are no rows in the users table in the roundcube database.
I think roundcube uses the users in VM not the database. There is recent thread about a issue with roundcube. First of look in the mail log for error and it will give a clue.
P.S. Opps, there are users in the database, maybe they are added after a successfully login. I will investigate.

The only line that was added when I tried to log in was the following line:
