No respond from Premium Support Incidents!!!!


Help me please My server installed Virtualmin(License) ,And yesterday have problem about fast-cgt ,I decide buy Premium Support Incidents( ,but 14 hours ago still no respond,

Also, note that you’re a Virtualmin Pro customer, so there’s no need to purchase support incidents, you get those for free with your Virtualmin Pro license. I’ve issued you a refund for that $50 purchase.
