No option to re-enable a disabled virtual server

I have this case where a virtual server had a subdomain site. I disabled the main virtual server and then deleted the subdomain. Now I don’t see a section in the navigation pane to re-enable the virtual server (below “Logs and Reports”).

Is this a bug or did I do something somewhere that caused this section to disappear for this domain only?

not a bug. You are root user?

Only time I seen that disappear is when safeguard is set to yes, but you would not of been able to disable it.

It was disabled and locked a long time ago. I unlocked, deleted the subdomain and re-locked it.
Next day tried to re-enable and got confused.

I didn’t realize this option had the effect of totally hiding the section in the navigator.
