at present I see no way to receive or activate my vm license.
In my order history I can see the order 7732 (renewal), but order 7733 (license) is not listed.
Formerly I had asked to put both orders into one account (purchase on 2013-06-19).

It looks like what Jamie did is apply your renewal to the license under the account “h.johannluekens”, rather than moving your license to this account.
