I was able to reproduce the issue using different browsers and network connections. Fortunately, I am permanently logged in on the machine I am using to write this post.
That’s what it’s supposed to do (note the sso token in the link)? I mean, if you’re logged into Virtualmin.com, it should send you back here rather than give a login page. If you aren’t logged into Virtualmin.com it takes you to the login page.
These are two different sites, one running WordPress (mostly), and one running Discourse. Users are authenticated by WordPress and shared via SSO with Discourse.
But, also there have been no code changes in single-sign-on in years. This is just a front page redesign Ilia did a couple weeks ago. So, if there are bugs in SSO, they’ve been there for a long time (and I’ll need more details to troubleshoot).
