New installation - getting failed to determine a valid IP address for this system (got 127.0.1.1)

SYSTEM INFORMATION
Ubuntu 20.04

Just installed a new Virtualmin on Ubuntu 20.04 and now getting this:

Adding slave zone on ns4.vander.host ns1.vander.host ns2.vander.host ns3.vander.host ..
.. failed to determine a valid IP address for this system (got 127.0.1.1). You will need to set the IP in the BIND DNS Server module.

Eventually figured out something wrong in /etc/hosts, added IP address and commented out 127.0.1.1 (127.0.0.1 remains).

Just got another variant of this, but this time no 127.0.1.1 message but rather something more generic:

Adding slave zone on ns2.example.com ns4.example.com ns3.example.com ns1.example.com ..
.. failed to determine the IP address for this system. You will need to set the IP in the BIND DNS Server module.

This time the fix was the actual error message, Webmin → Servers → BIND DNS Server → click funny small cogwheel, then:
