I’m having an issue that will be a lot easier to debug if I can temporarily stop letsencrypt from automatically trying to renew, unsuccessfully. I don’t see how to do that, does anyone?

To do that, you can go into Server Configuration -> SSL Certificates -> Let’s Encrypt, change the renewal period to “Only renew manually”, then click “Only Update Renewal”.
That should tell it not to attempt to automatically renew the certificate.
