Need help the follong problems

hello can anyone help me with this problem im using namecheap for my domain and there dns servers too and im having problems withe the following errors in the screenshot

i have added the dmarc records to namecheap dns but its still showing that there is no records on there when i do a check on mxtoolbox any help will be greatful
